Honest Compassion: a Friend’s Quest for the Perfect Medical Wigs
My mother and I didn’t think the breathtakingly human Belinda Dreskell, our family friend, could ever wear lace front wigs. Her signature long black hair was synonymous with her attitude. Get this. She continues to be the center of attention for her impeccable looks. Very few realize she wears quality black wigs. You’d be surprised!
As youths finding our way in the hill country, we once had our picks of boys. In our twenties her medical hair loss started acting up and she went bald. I suggested a few human hair wigs. Even so she just shaved her head. She took the time and demonstrated her attitude.
At her boyfriend Jacob’s golf competition, we taunted the players until a numbskull retardedly flung the little ball (or whichever thing that is) into the bleachers. With quick reflexes she tried to get it and her bandana flew right off, uncovering her bald head. No big deal, she tossed the ball to her man. Attitude, did I mention she’s got it?
Of course, there’s two sides to every coin. One time she invited me over for a stroll to the art gallery, where she quietly told me that she would rather do without hair out of anger. She would never consider medical wigs, though she wanted one. At that disclosure, she became beet pink in the face and demanded that I dismiss the notion. I didn’t know what to say.
There was no way to get her words out of my head. Later on, I asked her about getting her a new wig. Finally the two of us came to the obvious conclusion: lace front wigs for all! One for me and one for her.
She and I were floored by how natural they looked. She couldn’t believe that women’s medical wigs are this fashionable for people, even superstars. These wigs for women’s hair loss complimented her natural beauty. I built an entirely fresh wardrobe around our wigs. Its become an inside joke, but you knew that already. Recently she gave me a photo of us in our wigs and thanked me for her human hand-crafted human hair wig, and confessed it brought about a new attitude that she’d forgotten. It’s delightful to witness little miss attitude strut her stuff like never before. We both are.
